Commercial Water Heaters in Gaithersburg
Experienced Plumbers Supporting Your Business
Every home in Montgomery County has a water heater of some sort to provide hot water on demand when they need it. But commercial spaces are no different, and while some of them can make do with modified versions of home water heaters, most of them need commercial water heaters to handle the increased load. Furthermore, problems can throw your entire business for a loop, denying your employees hot water to wash their hands in the best-case scenario and outright shutting your business down in the worst.
That’s where we come in. At Mallick Plumbing & Heating, Inc., we have experts who handle commercial water heaters of all varieties: installing the right ones for your space, then keeping them repaired and maintained throughout their lives before replacing them with the latest model (hopefully many years down the line).
If you have questions about commercial water heaters or want to learn more about your options, call (301) 804-6759 to speak with a knowledgeable staff member.
Commercial vs. Residential Water Heaters
A residential water heater usually fulfills the needs of just a few people. A commercial water heater, on the other hand, must provide hot water for hundreds or even thousands of people over the course of one day. That means a greater demand, a large tank and often a much more complex plumbing system since the water must arrive on multiple stories (possibly catering to different businesses) at once.
Your commercial space is unique, and its needs may shift to handle new business and higher demand. Mallick Plumbing & Heating, Inc. can help you pick the right system to handle whatever you can throw at it, then keep it repaired and maintained whenever you need it
Handling Your Restaurant’s Unique Needs
Every commercial space needs proper water heating, but it’s particularly true for restaurants and food preparation services. A restaurant simply can’t operate without hot water to assist in food preparation and keeping things clean.
That means you need not only the right commercial water heater installed in your building, but when repairs are needed, the plumber needs to move quickly before the breakdown costs you time, money, and customers. We know how important your commercial water heater is to your business, and we’ll be there when you need us to revolve the problem.

I had an emergency after Washington Gas said that there was a gas leak from the meter from the regulator and they said that it needed to be replaced immediately. They were able to send someone over in a few hours and although the cost was on emergency rates, the pricing was still competitive among other companies and were very responsive. They had someone come over beforehand to check the leak to see what part needed to be replaced before they had the technician come over which was very helpful. Troy was very knowledgeable and explained things in layman terms so it was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Mallick Plumbing & Heating for future issues.Alice W.
