Gaithersburg Trenchless Technology
State-of-the-Art Plumbing Service in Maryland
The sewer line is one of the most important parts of your plumbing system, but also one of the toughest to reach. Sewer lines are buried beneath the ground, often showing no signs of trouble until the pipe fails. At Mallick Plumbing & Heating, Inc., repairing or replacing your sewer line doesn’t mean an expensive digging operation. Our expert plumbers use trenchless technology for minimally invasive solutions for sewer line problems.

Innovative Technology for Minimally Invasive Service
Trenchless technology allows sewer line repairs and replacement to be completed without excavation. We accomplish the repair by digging two small holes on either side of the problem area. Our team uses video camera inspection to diagnose the problem and create a plan of action, such as pipe relining or replacing the damaged pipe.
The trenchless method allows you to enjoy:
- Faster repairs
- Less expense
- No excavation of your yard
- A lawn and landscape that are left undisturbed
Trenchless methods can now be used to provide service at all stages of the life of your sewer line. We offer trenchless installation or trenchless sewer line replacement to put the new pipe in place in a short amount of time. When repairs or a little maintenance are needed, trenchless methods can be used for that as well.
The Right Repair for Every Problem
At Mallick Plumbing & Heating, Inc., we start by inspecting your sewer line using video line inspection equipment to find the problem. I had an emergency after Washington Gas said that there was a gas leak from the meter from the regulator and they said that it needed to be replaced immediately. They were able to send someone over in a few hours and although the cost was on emergency rates, the pricing was still competitive among other companies and were very responsive. They had someone come over beforehand to check the leak to see what part needed to be replaced before they had the technician come over which was very helpful. Troy was very knowledgeable and explained things in layman terms so it was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Mallick Plumbing & Heating for future issues.Alice W.
