Welcome to our Water Treatment Install we installed for our customer in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
When diagnosing and evaluating this customer’s Water Quality, Mallick Plumbing & Heating found Sediment, Coliform Bacteria, Hardness (5) and Low pH (5), which is considered Acidic. These conditions are common when a household’s water is supplied by a Well.
To address these issues, we installed several components:
- A Sediment Filter – To remove particles and improve clarity.
- A Neutralizer filled with Calcite Mineral – To balance the water’s acidity and bring it to a safe pH level of 7.
- A Micron Filter – To remove small particles before entering the UV Light.
- A UV Light – To kill harmful microorganisms in the water.
This was an all-day job for our dedicated team, providing our customer with treated water and protecting the health of their plumbing system for the long term.
